On Sunday July 24th the Grassi Museum for Applied Arts is hosting 2 guided tours for the senses.
At 3pm visitors can enjoy a guided tour on the subject “Xocolatl. Europa trinkt neu”, looking at the change in European drinking habits for 400 years. For all the influence of tea, coffee and cocoa. After the tour visitors will have the chance to participate in a cocoa tasting in the museum cafe.
Then at 4pm a “Scent tour” from antiquity to the 19th century takes visitors on an olfactory tour through the applied arts museum exhibition rooms.
